Osana Health Innovations Foundation, a nonprofit organization, offers patients, doctors, nurses, hospitals and endoscopy centers awareness and education for hydro colonic lavage bowel preparation for colonoscopy.

Hydro colonic lavage bowel preparation is a procedure to wash out material from the walls of the bowel,  from rectum to cecum, with controlled bowel evacuation.

Hydro colonic lavage bowel preparation is a method combining mild over-the-counter laxatives with a warm water colonic lavage procedure; an integrative, effective, and tolerable approach to bowel cleansing.  Therapeutic value and clinical success is demonstrated by Danbury Hospital, in Connecticut, since 2006, and continued practice at Barton Memorial Hospital, in California, since 2011; both facilities offering hydro colonic lavage bowel preparation method for colonoscopy in their endoscopy departments.
